Yossi Ohayon , Founder and Executive Chef


Yossi Ohayon, Executive Chef With an eye for color and design, a flair for presentation and authentic, incomparable food creations Executive Chef and founder, Yossi Ohayon has set the stage for Culinary Art Catering. Beginning his career in the leading Euro Style hotels of the Israel Coast, Chef Yossi continued training in France and was selected to represent Israel in international cooking contests world wide. In 1996, Chef joined the culinary staff at Westin Galleria and despite his limited English, he conversed in mostly French culinary terms. His course has included such venues as Dallas Country Club, The Fairmont Hotel and various kitchen, menu and restaurant consulting. Since forming Culinary Art Catering in 1998, Chef has continued to push his skills and draws creativity and energy from working with clients with big ideas.

Steve Parker , CMP, Catering and Events Director


Steve Parker, CMP For over 30 years, Steve Parker has excelled in the hospitality industry, serving all aspects: event planner, rental equipment specialist, catering director, and facility manager. During his tenure with the Dallas Historical Society, Steve received his Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation. He also serves in leadership roles for many professional organizations such as Meeting Professionals International, which he was recently awarded the 2009 President’s award for Outstanding Service. Having produced thousands of conventions, conferences, corporate meetings, weddings, fundraising galas, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, debutant balls, special interest tours, and trade shows, Steve’s experience with venues and budgets makes him an invaluable resource to event planners, brides and corporate planners.

Vivian Morgan , General Manager & Event Specialist


Vivian Morgan With over 10 years experience in both restaurant and hotel management, daily operations, procedures and training are in the capable hands of Vivian Morgan. Working closely with all members of the staff, including Chef, Vivian has experienced and understands every aspect of catering and events services. Specializing in event management, Vivian has a particularly strong familiarity with site selections, entertainment planning and vendor management. Additionally, she has a flare for themed menus and kosher
event menus.
