Executive Chef and founder, Yossi Ohayon has set the stage for Culinary Art Catering. Beginning his career
in the leading Euro Style hotels of the Israel Coast, Chef Yossi continued training in France and was
selected to represent Israel in international cooking contests world wide. In 1996, Chef joined the culinary
staff at Westin Galleria and despite his limited English, he conversed in mostly French culinary terms.
His course has included such venues as Dallas Country Club, The Fairmont Hotel and various kitchen, menu
and restaurant consulting. Since forming Culinary Art Catering in 1998, Chef has continued to push his
skills and draws creativity and energy from working with clients with big ideas.
Vivian Morgan
, General Manager & Event Specialist
With over 15 years experience in both restaurant and hotel management, daily operations, procedures
and training are in the capable hands of Vivian Morgan. Working closely with all members of the staff, including
Chef, Vivian has experienced and understands every aspect of catering and events services. Specializing in event
management, Vivian has a particularly strong familiarity with site selections, entertainment planning and vendor
management. Additionally, she has a flare for large scale, high profile events, themed menus, high profile weddings and kosher events.
With several years of experience in catering and managing numerous successful events in the past, Catherine has developed an eye for detail and always goes above and beyond clients needs. She ensures that everything that is discussed with the client will be delivered. Catherine works closely with Chef Yossi and the kitchen staff to make sure all requests are handled with utmost care. She is willing to make recommendations for any corporate event or luncheon. With a high level of professionalism, Catherine will do whatever it takes to make your event flawless.
Wedding and event coordinating led her to Culinary Arts Catering. She has worked under a top Dallas Event Planner, as well as a prominent local Event Planning and Rental company where she learned to think on her feet and expect the unexpected. Her outgoing personality and willingness to do whatever it takes lends to her success on our team of fabulous Catering Coordinators.
